Change happens through movement and movement heals – J. Pilates
IOANA

I’m a mom. This is my greatest accomplishment. And I am in love with
Pilates. After six years as a pilates client, I wanted to take this
passion further. So I took an equipment-aided Pilates course which
lasted 100 hours. Then I took the Fitness Scandinavia School – Pilates
Mat course. Now I am an internationally accredited instructor, both by
the Fitness Scandinavia School and the Ministry of Labour.
The story with Pilates began when my daughter, Cataleya, was one year
old. It has always been our magical place, where we connected the
most. It’s also the reason why I want to open my own child-friendly
Pilates studio. For moms and dads who want to train with their kids or
who don’t have where to leave their kids while they train. It’s a
unique concept for Romania, we hope you will enjoy it fully. We are
prepared to receive those without children or who want some time for
themselves. The studio is located in a spacious villa, with private
spaces and private bathrooms, for our clients who do not want to be
disturbed.
I’ve been working in television for 15 years. I am a news anchor and
TV host for external politics at Digi24. Now I host three educational
shows at Aleph News. I am also the author of three volumes you can
find in the studio library.
I am a former athlete, I practiced badminton in middle school and won
many prizes locally and nationally. My discipline and love for sports
started due to this.
I intend to build a beautiful community around our Pilates studio. We
can’t wait for you to join us!

ROBERTA

When she was four, she started professional artistic gymnastics, she
was part of the national gymnastics team for four years and has
obtained numerous national and international results.
She then practiced aerobics and gymnastics and got the most important
prizes in her career:
– European vice-champion with Romania’s team
– World vice-champion with Romania’s team
– World vice-champion for junior Aerobic Dance
– Third place in European Aerobic Dance championships
She is currently a student at the Chiropractic Faculty, a gymnastics
coach, and a national referee for aerobic gymnastics.
“For me, Pilates is a modern style of exercise and recovery which can
be done by anyone to tone, improve mobility, correct posture, improve
breathing which helps oxygenate the brain, relax the mind, and reduce
stress, depression, anxiety.”
“In my Pilates courses, I want to use both simple and complex workouts
for mobility, balance, and toning. I want to help my clients push
themselves and get their wanted results. I want to make my clients see
and feel the results of correct movements in contrast to wrong ones.”

ANDREEA

She is a licensed chiropractor with five years of experience in the
field. She graduated from the Medical Nurse and Midwife Faculty at
Carol Davila Medicine and Pharmacy University where she studied Physio
kinetic Therapy and Recovery.
Out of a desire to learn more, she took the Yoga Instructor 200H TT
course accredited by Yoga Alliance (Indian Yoga Academy) within the
Fitness Scandinavia School.
She is a former athlete, she practiced handball for eight years, this
took her down the recovery path because she wanted to help others.
Besides the university, she has been taking special courses for
improving the treatment and workout of clients: Trigger Points Therapy
course (Physio Sports Therapy Academy); Lumbar Spine Recovery course
(Kinetic Recovery Education); therapy evolution TECAR Winback and
therapy inclusion FASCIQ (Physio Sports Therapy Academy).
„I also chose Pilates. Why? Because it can be an excellent alternative
to continue physical exercise for those who had chiropractic and wish
to continue practicing a sport. My Pilates programs are tailored to
individual needs. During the workouts you can enjoy the benefits of
Pilates such as: being present with conscious breathing, improving
articular mobility and muscular flexibility, muscle toning, improving
posture and balance together with reducing/eliminating pain, and
improving the quality of life.

OANA

Since childhood, my parents took care to support my passion for exercise. I practiced rhythmic gymnastics for 5 years, sport dance for 2 years, and I was a professional dancer for several years.
After finishing my university studies, I got a taste for body pump classes, step dance, and especially ballet classes that actually awakened my interest and passion for pilates. I loved how I felt during and after the sessions so much that I wanted to learn the pilates technique, become an instructor and share my well-being advice and knowledge with as many people as possible.
I am now an internationally accredited instructor, both by Fitness Scandinavia School and by the Ministry of Labour.
I have finally found the most complex and suitable form of movement for anyone who wants to improve their posture, develop their strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, endurance. The pilates method teaches you to become aware of your body, to have a correct posture and body alignment. It improves balance, proprioception and concentration. It helps you lengthen and tone your muscles, connect your mind with your body and disciplines you.
Pilates exercises can be adapted to stay active during pregnancy, but also to get back in shape postnatally.
Come discover the benefits of the pilates method, in private or semi-private sessions, with me. I want to help my clients reach their desired results, to always look for the challenge of getting out of the “comfort zone” and overcome their limits. I want pilates sessions to help them disconnect from the stress of everyday life and focus on their body, breathing, exercise, coordination, control, execution, and then enjoy the benefits; better posture, less pain, more joint mobility, better physical shape, a healthier and stronger body with each session and better sleep quality.

SILUANA

From childhood, movement has always been my passion, representing my strong point. I am a person for whom nature represents a source of inspiration. I am characterized by the ambition to carry things through to the end and to see the final results.
With an inclination towards creativity and love for art, I discovered that movement and connection with one’s own body are forms of art in themselves. For me, Pilates becomes not just an effective way to know your body, but also an opportunity to breathe deeply and experience internal healing.
With a diverse experience in the world of arts and sports, I have followed a path that has enriched my connection with the body and movement. I graduated from the Music School, specializing in piano, and the School of Arts, where I explored the art of painting. I practiced aesthetic gymnastics for performance and attended ballet classes. My results in the field of sports were not inferior, ranking 4th at the Republican Physical Education Olympiad.
With a constant passion for physical activity, I have been practicing sports for about 7 years, investing a minimum of 3 hours per week. My experience in Pilates was consolidated by completing a Mat Pilates course at Fitness Scandinavia and two Pilates Reformer courses.
However, not only my body is trained, but also my mind, as I am a graduate of the Faculty of Management. This combination of artistic knowledge, sports performance, and expertise in management defines me and motivates me to share the benefits of Pilates, offering you a holistic experience of improving well-being and health.
